A residential home in the suburb of Plumstead  with Cape Town, with lots of character and good bones, gets a new look inside and out with new additions to the bathrooms, Kitchen, structure, open plan concept application, laundry room , Study, along with a new Electrical layout and modern setup that is up to code, precision and professional install that would last for the next few generations the home would host. 

The overall Updates  included:

• Start from scratch, which we love to do at Accel Projects
• Plan all electrical points and DB Board installation, cabling, so that it is safe and also uninvasive
• Electrical components included new Legrand plug points and switches, fitting and cutting within the walls. 
• Installation of lighting, inside and out. These include LED strips, Tracks lights, custom light fixtures to the bathrooms, study and kitchen that added the design and ambiance of the home
• All exterior lighting around the home
• Fitment of Kitchen appliances such as the stove, extractor fan and control panels
• Low voltage fitment of CCTV cameras, remote access gate
• Fitment and precision of the media centre and TV mounting
