House Shread is a partner combination project with Lacuna Interiors and Atlantic renovators a joint venture. After an elderly couple, sold the house, the new owners wanted to give it a modern new feel and life. Restoration, commenced 19 February 2024 – March 2024. House Shread is located in Argyle Road, Rondebosch.

The overall Updates  included:

• Demolition – ripped out, disconnected all the old electrical components
• Designer lights in the passage and stairway
• New light fixtures, pendants, down lighters
• Kitchen island lighting
• Bathroom led and mirror lighting
• New plug points fully fitted and embedded within the walls and within a custom headboard
• Exterior lighting
• Fitted Electrical meter box
