Following the success of the initial collaboration between Accel Projects and Lacuna Interior Design, which delivered a sophisticated and modern-day home transformation, Phase 2 focused on bringing the entertainment and outdoor experience to life — all tailored to the unique vision of our client.

A Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living Space

The core of this project was the construction of a brand-new entertainment area designed for both comfort and connection with the picturesque Hout Bay surroundings. The structure was intentionally designed to open outwards, allowing guests to flow effortlessly between the interior and garden areas, making the most of the scenic mountain and garden views.

Key Features and Renovations:

• Stylish New Pathway
  A beautifully designed pathway now leads visitors directly to the entertainment hub, creating a welcoming and elegant transition from the main home.

• Decking and Pool Area Enhancement
  The newly fitted decking extends towards the pool, complete with LED strip lighting that has been subtly installed into the overhang areas of the roof — blending aesthetics with function. This thoughtful addition creates a warm and inviting glow as the sun sets.

• Contemporary Interior Touches
  Inside the entertainment space, modern Legrand Plus fittings enhance usability while maintaining clean, sleek lines. The space has been finished with custom slack ceiling boards embedded with LED lighting strips, setting the tone for a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere.

• Built-in Braai & Lighting
  A focal point of the space is the braai area, now equipped with dedicated lighting to ensure the space is fully functional and ambient for evening gatherings.

• Garden & Exterior Lighting
  The home’s exterior has also been refreshed with new garden lighting and subtle facade illumination, providing both security and soft charm for night-time enjoyment.
